About The Role

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with processing claims.
- Collect payments at the time of service and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Support the orthodontic and pediatric teams with patient flow and office coordination.
- Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office required.
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
