Image Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, people-focused Office Manager to lead our orthodontic practice. This leadership role is responsible for building a high-performing team, driving practice growth through marketing initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of human resources. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain exceptional employees.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and address employee relations matters.
- Develop and execute internal and external marketing strategies to increase new patient growth and strengthen referral relationships.
- Coordinate community outreach, referral marketing, social media, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including new patient growth, team performance, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient daily operations and maintain compliance with office policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with doctors to achieve practice goals and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience, preferably in an orthodontic or dental practice.
- Strong leadership, HR, and people management experience.
- Proven success in marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and create a positive workplace culture.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
