Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Embroidery Operator based in Mt Airy, NC. The Embroidery Operator will operate and manage embroidery machines, ensuring timely and accurate production of embroidered products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and programming machines for various designs, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, selecting and preparing fabrics and threads, and inspecting finished items for quality assurance. The role also involves following safety standards and contributing to a reliable production process.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with embroidery machines, including setup and operation.
Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining embroidery equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Attention to detail for quality control, including inspecting finished products and ensuring accuracy in design and production
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
Basic understanding of fabrics, threads, and design placements
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as working alone while following on-site safety policies and procedures
Machines are Barudan and Tajima.
