Position Summary
Image Solutions is hiring an Embroidery Operator for our 2nd Shift for our West Chester, OH location.
Shift time is 4:00pm – 12:30am Monday-Friday.
Pay range: $19-23 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehousing
- Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions and processes consistently
- Good attendance record and flexibility to work overtime if required
- Ability to work independently and with others on a team
- Must be organized and possess attention to detail
- Communicate well with others
- Possess a healthy sense of urgency
- Proactive in process change and issue resolution
- 2-5 years experience - Please do not apply if you do not have this
Responsibilities
- Ability to operate ZSK Embroidery Machines
- Stitch Company Logos, Personalization, and Custom Graphics into various garments
- Capability of following printed embroidery instructions
- Maintain a high level of accountability for accuracy and quality for each product stitched
- Ability to maintain efficiency standards set for the department
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Maintain supplies at designated workstations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work in accordance with all safety regulations within the facility
