You will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial, office, and industrial facilities, ensuring all spaces meet Image One’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Refill and maintain cleaning and restroom supplies.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and auto-scrubbers (training provided if needed).
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to established standards.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude with clients and coworkers.
- Adhere to Image One’s policies, values, and brand standards.
