Duties
- Operate various manufacturing machinery, and soldering stations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Assemble components with precision using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices to meet exact specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to ISO 13485 standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines for quality assurance.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products and components in a cleanroom environment, verifying dimensions and tolerances.
- Package finished goods securely for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support process improvements by documenting procedures and participating in team meetings focused on efficiency and quality enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience with manufacturing processes, assembly, or machine operation in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and other measurement instruments for precise assembly tasks.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and cleanroom protocols is highly desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machinery operations and troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes and soldering techniques.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
