This is a working lead position, where you will have the opportunity to prides yourself on craftsmanship and enjoys leading others to deliver high-quality work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily vinyl production and digital print operations

• Operate plotters, laminators, and large-format digital printers

• Oversee file setup, print quality checks, and color consistency

• Train, guide, and support production team members

• Maintain inventory of vinyl, print media, and consumables

• Ensure timely job completion and uphold quality standards

• Collaborate with project managers and the shop team to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in vinyl application, weeding, masking, and installation

• Strong understanding of large-format printing and finishing techniques

• Ability to read and follow work orders and production files

• Leadership experience or a desire to step into a lead role

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment
