If you take pride in a clean finish and know your way around a spray gun, this is your shop. You’ll run our automotive-grade paint booth and handle all exterior signage finishing.
No assembly lines. Real work. Real results.
What You’ll Do:
Paint and finish exterior signage to spec and schedule
Set up, maintain, and operate the paint booth and spray equipment
Inspect finishes, and fix defects as needed
Keep work flowing smoothly with the production team
Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
Manufacturing or paint experience preferred (will train the right person)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to read specs, drawings, and production schedules
Comfortable wearing a respirator and PPE
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs as needed
Team player willing to help where needed
