Duties
- Greet customers at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, providing outstanding customer service
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer software
- Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and ensure all records are up-to-date and error-free
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and office management duties to support daily operations
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks
- Support office functions including bookkeeping, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong office management skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
- Previous office experience including clerical work, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated attention to detail with proofreading abilities and high accuracy in data entry
- Experience with AI or ChatGPT
