Job Summary

We are seeking Public Accounting Tax Manager with 5 tax seasons in public accounting, experienced in preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns. Skilled in tax planning, tax research, and client advisory services, with proven leadership and mentoring experience. Active CPA/EA with a strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and client service. Strong ability to manage multiple client engagements while meeting strict tax deadlines. Experienced in building long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic tax solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Managed 5 tax seasons in public accounting.
2. Prepared and reviewed individual and business tax returns.
3. Conducted tax planning and tax research to ensure compliance.
4. Provided client advisory and year-round tax guidance.
5. Reviewed staff work and mentored junior team members.
6. Ensured compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while meeting filing deadlines.
7. Collaborated with partners and clients to resolve complex tax issues and identify tax-saving opportunities.
8. Maintained an active CPA/EA credential and supported high-quality tax engagements.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
