CDL A Truck Drivers – Western Regional Reefer – Paid Training Available

Drivers within a 100-mile radius of Beaumont, California will run Western Regional routes - covering California, Nevada, Arizona, and neighboring states. You'll haul refrigerated freight (reefer) that's 100% no touch, with steady miles and professional support every step of the way.

Training & Pay
New drivers are set up for success from day one. If your CDL A license was issued within the last 60 days, you'll begin with our paid over-the-road training program. During training, we focus on what really matters - safety, trip planning, time management, and learning how to move freight efficiently.

• Training Pay: Flat weekly pay during OTR training
• Solo Pay (Post-Training): $0.50 CPM for new drivers
• Experienced Driver Pay: Up to $0.68 CPM (no training required)
• Average Weekly Pay: Up to $1,500 after training
• Additional Pay: Detention pay, layover pay, and safety bonuses
• Advancement: After 3 months, drivers can move into dedicated lanes with higher pay and consistent routes

Home Time & Schedule
This lane runs 10–12 days out followed by 2 full days at home. We understand drivers need balance, so we make sure when you're home, you actually get to rest. You'll have consistent routes across the Western region with plenty of miles each week.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be hauling no-touch refrigerated freight between distribution centers and regional facilities. Freight is steady year-round, giving you consistent income and experience. This lane is perfect for new CDL graduates looking to master the road while building a strong pay record.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (issued within the past 60 days)
• Completed an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours)
• Clean MVR and background within the past 3 years
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Drivers with 3 months experience are also encouraged to apply
