The Work

Freight is dry van, mostly no-touch, with plenty of drop-and-hook to keep you moving. You'll stay in your region while on the road, so you can count on consistency without endless coast-to-coast chaos.

Home Time
Experienced drivers with at least 90 days of OTR or regional experience are usually out five to seven days before heading home for a full two-day reset each week. New CDL drivers and recent graduates typically stay out a little longer - nine to twelve days - before enjoying a two-day reset every other week. That extra time gives rookies the chance to build confidence, learn the lanes, and keep their miles strong while they're still learning the ropes.
