What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surety Associate Account Manager position at IMA Financial Group, Inc.?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receive, submit, and process all clients' requests for service, i.e. bid/ contract/license/permit/court bonds daily.
- Respond to the client as requested on all bonds.
- Responsible for review of documents prepared prior to releasing to the client.
- Keep the Account Executive informed on account activity.
- Prepare and execute all bonds as well as indemnity agreements/applications accurately as needed.
- Adhere to all company procedures and insurance regulations.
- Invoice New Business and Renewals through Elron and EPIC
- Other functions as requested to support the department goals.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to take initiative
LICENSE & EXPERIENCE:
- Surety Experience a plus
- WA Insurance License Required – ability to obtain at hire
Salary Range: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
