Personal Lines Account Manager

The Richards Group an IMA Company is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you! This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

• Prior industry exposure
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred not required

Salary Range: $48,000 USD - $58,000 USD

If this role is hired in Los Angeles County, CA the following applies: Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.  Prior Criminal history will only be considered after a conditional job offer is made and accepted.  Applicants will have the opportunity to explain the circumstances surrounding any convictions, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report. 

Salary Range: $48,000 USD - $58,000 USD
