Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Home Inspector role based in Los Angeles and Ventura county, CA. The Home Inspector will conduct comprehensive property inspections, including evaluations of structural, mechanical, and other key home systems in accordance to InterNACHI's SOP. Additional responsibilities include providing professional and detailed inspection reports, communicating findings to clients, and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the inspection process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Inspections, Inspection procedures, and assessing home systems
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and responsiveness
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Relevant certification or training in home inspection is a plus
- Proficiency in report writing and basic computer use
