Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement, to generate new leads and expand customer base.
- Present and demonstrate solar energy products and solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead or participate in community events or presentations to promote solar energy benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales; previous solar sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
