As we continue to grow in the Berkshires and greater tri-state area, we’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at our cafés in Canaan, CT and Great Barrington, MA.

Responsibilities
As a Barista at Ilse Coffee, you’ll:
- Make high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea and specialty drinks with care and consistency
- Provide warm, attentive and genuine service to every guest
- Share product knowledge and help customers discover new coffees
- Keep the café clean, organized,and welcoming
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Support café setup, restocking and closing duties

Pay
- Base wage is commensurate with experience
- Tip averages range from an extra $5/hour - $15 /hour on top of the base wage
