Relationship Manager
Full-time | In-Office ONLY | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a personal book of clients and build lasting relationships
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide clear guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate notes and stay organized while working across multiple systems
- Be proactive—follow up, check in, and look for opportunities to serve better

Pay & Perks:
- $16/hour base pay commission
Most employees average $24 per hour with commission
- Annual base pay raise on your hire date anniversary

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Must be 18 or older
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
