- Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Surveying and Geomatics, including leadership roles
- PE License required
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex survey projects
- Hands-on technical expertise in land surveying, project management, and geomatics
- Experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation preferred

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Support new and existing business development efforts, including proposal preparation
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships to expand project opportunities
