Must-Haves

• 7 to 10 years in civil construction estimating
• Strong DOT background, VDOT / NCDOT highly valued
• Proven on highway, earthwork, bridge, or utility projects
• Track record bidding independently, $5M to $60M
• Proficiency in HeavyBid or comparable platform
  
  

What You'll Do

• Own bid documents and read civil plans cold
• Lead takeoffs and build complete project scopes
• Set bid strategy and defend the number with leadership
• Drive value engineering and pre-bid owner coordination
• Mentor and develop junior estimators
