Lead Engineer - Controls System

Own the power and control systems that keep a high-output manufacturing plant running safely and at peak performance.
Must-Haves
Serve as the primary technical authority on plant power and control systems. You'll develop standards, lead system upgrades, and drive automation improvements across safety, quality, and reliability.
You'll also build and manage an E&I technician team, validate MES data from PLCs, and support capital projects from design through startup.

Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 5 years of relevant controls experience
- Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and Rockwell FactoryTalk platforms
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70e, NFPA 79, and OSHA 1910
- Experience leading equipment installation in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
- Food or mechanical/electrical manufacturing experience preferred
