Must-Haves
- 5 years of electrical project management experience, including projects $5M
- Strong hands-on background in electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
- Strong working knowledge of construction processes and local codes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and material procurement on complex commercial projects
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience managing projects $10M ; candidates who have led large-scale commercial work will stand out

What You'll Do
- Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
- Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution
- Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Manage change orders including negotiation, documentation, and execution
- Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure code compliance
- Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
