Must-Have Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in industrial automation
- Hands-on exposure to Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Working knowledge of control systems, including:
- AC Drives and Servo Systems
- PLCs and HMIs
- Industrial switches and Fieldbus networks
- Process controllers and sensors
- Power supplies and VFD components (including IGBTs)
- Robotics and automation software/programming
- Ability to travel 25–50% across the U.S. and Canada
- US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship)
- Experience with VFDSoft
- Familiarity with DIAStudio
- Knowledge of Codesys (all 5 IEC languages)

- Provide pre-sales and applications engineering support for industrial automation solutions
- Support customers with design-in, system integration, and technical problem-solving
- Deliver technical demonstrations, training, and promotional event support
- Work hands-on with automation products in customer and field environments
- Partner with internal teams to drive customer success and solution adoption
- Travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as needed
- Power and thermal management solutions
- Microgrid solutions for data centers
- Smart energy infrastructure (utility and residential)
- Advanced manufacturing automation
- Solar and battery farm technologies
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 base
- Bonus: 10% annual target
- 401(k): 50% company match up to 10% of salary
