What You’ll Be Doing:
Picking, Packing & Shipping – Accurately locate and retrieve used appliance parts from inventory, securely package them, and prepare shipments based on size, weight, and shipping label requirements.
Organization – Navigate a facility to locate parts, ensuring all items are properly stored and easily accessible.
Quality Control – Inspect, clean, and prep all items before shipping to ensure customers receive quality products.
Order Accuracy – Verify each order against shipping labels and packing slips to prevent errors.
What You Need:
✔ EXCELLENT attention to detail – Accuracy in picking and packing is essential!
✔ Proficiency in packaging & order picking – Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping roles is a plus!
✔ Team player with strong communication skills – Work effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
✔ Adaptability in a fast-paced environment – Willingness to learn and adjust to company growth and evolving warehouse systems.
Physical Demands:
This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving inventory throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a warehouse environment.
