What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sauté Chef position at Illusive?
Attention all experienced line cooks! We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at our upscale casual restaurant.
As a Saute Chef, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety guidelines, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of saute experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen. You should be able to work quickly and efficiently as a team, while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Additionally, you should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings
