- Manage and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the rental spa room to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Provide high-quality esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, or laser treatments while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Offer specialized treatments including eyelash extensions.
- Provide the highest quality of Massages, from relaxing to deep tissue and more.
- Provide the highest quality of Permanent Cosmetics, Lips, Eyebrows, etc.
- Engage with clients professionally through excellent customer service skills; schedule appointments and manage guest inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare products or treatment options to enhance their experience and promote retail sales.
- Promote your services through social media management strategies to attract new clients and build your personal brand within the community.
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification for esthetic laser treatment, massaging tattooing.
- Experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell services confidently while providing exceptional guest services.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean and compliant workspace.
- Ability to work independently with management skills that support a professional environment focused on client satisfaction.
