Ballet Instructor (Ages 12–19)
Seeking an experienced and passionate Ballet Instructor to work with dedicated dancers ages 12–19 in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
The ideal candidate values strong technical training, artistry, and mentorship, while creating a positive classroom culture that helps students build confidence, discipline, and self-respect.
We are a well-established dance education program seeking a qualified ballet instructor. Additional details about the organization will be shared during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
- Teach intermediate ballet classes, beginner pointe classes
- Develop technique, strength, flexibility, and artistry
- Develop choreography for various performances
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Prepare students for performances and special events
- Collaborate with a team of dance educators
Qualifications:
- Strong ballet training and teaching experience
- Proven experience working with pre-teen and teen dancers preferred
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Passion for inspiring and developing young artists
