St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community Hazel Green, WI (15 minutes from Dubuque, IA) nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.

Essential Job Functions

• Promotes dignity, respect, confidentiality, resident-centered care, and a positive organizational image.
• Supports dining activities, including resident escorts and distribution of meals, beverages, bibs, and other needed items.
• Maintains resident rooms and common areas by stocking personal care and other necessary supplies; provides activities and reading materials.
• Follows safety, infection prevention, body mechanics, equipment-use, and organizational policies; collaborates with all disciplines and completes required training.
  
  

Requirements

• Enrollment in Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date. We will help train you.
• Excellent communications and human relation skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
