Pay Range: $35.75 - $44.36 per hour, based on experience. Higher pay may be considered depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
On-Call Pay: Paid night and weekend rotation
- 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
- 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
- Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Current, valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred
