This position is benefit eligible at 30 hours per week, shifts 9am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Leads resident council meetings, maintaining/sharing minutes through appropriate channels and resources.
- Will report any unusual resident’s behavior and health concerns to nursing staff.
- Maintains order and cleanliness in activity areas.
- Identifies and attends appropriate approved educational in-services.
- Treats residents, family and staff with dignity and respect.
- Maintains confidentiality
- Researches and supports supply fulfillment for life enrichment activities.
- Ability to complete assessments, care plans and documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to relate well to the patients, families, staff, churches and the community in general.

- Free of police record related to misappropriation, abuse or other offenses prohibited by law.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must have auto insurance with Marquardt minimum coverage requirements.
- Ability to efficiently utilize common word processing, electronic calendars, email and other required CPU programs.
