About the Position
Illumination Recovery is a locally owned outpatient behavioral health practice in Great Falls providing integrated mental health, substance use disorder, and case management services.
We are a small clinical team and value clinicians who are dependable, collaborative, clinically thoughtful, and capable of working with a high degree of professional independence. We strive to keep administrative barriers reasonable so clinicians can focus on meaningful client care while still maintaining the documentation and coordination standards required in behavioral health practice.
This position is particularly well suited for a clinician who enjoys variety. Clients may present with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, substance use, adjustment concerns, family-system issues, legal involvement, or multiple overlapping needs. Rather than restricting clinicians to a narrow population or treatment model, we encourage individualized treatment based on clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, and the needs of the client.
