Illuminating Psychological Services (IPS) is an established outpatient psychology group practice in Riverside, built on a truth-centered clinical philosophy and a peer-level team culture. We are hiring a California-licensed LCSW who wants to do real clinical work alongside colleagues who take the craft seriously — and who wants room to grow as the practice grows.
We are intentionally evolving from a group practice into a clinical training and certification institute. The clinician we hire now is positioned to grow with that trajectory.
Who We Are Looking ForA clinician with sound diagnostic judgment and clean documentation who works well on a collaborative team, takes ownership of a caseload, and is genuinely interested in the work — not just the hours. Responsibilities• Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to an assigned caseload
• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within required timeframes
• Coordinate care with the clinical team and outside providers as needed
• Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and licensing standards
Requirements• Active, unrestricted California LCSW license
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic, documentation, and clinical-judgment skills
