At Illuminate Early Learning Academy, we're looking for a full-time Toddler Teacher to join our team as soon as possible. We're searching for someone who see childcare as more than a job—someone who wants to create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to learn every day.

- Plan engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Support social-emotional development through patience and connection
- Celebrate curiosity, creativity, and every little milestone
- Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team that truly values one another
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
- Kind, patient, and nurturing
- Passionate about early childhood education -- CDA or Bachelors is preferred, or we can help you get your CDA!
- Experienced in working with infants and toddlers
- Creative, energetic, and loves getting on the floor to play
- Dependable, professional, and a great team player
- Excited to continue learning and growing as an educator
Position Details
We are located in the Ranches of Eagle Mountain, Utah.
***This is a Full-Time position***
