Illuminate Dance Academy is growing, and we're looking for experienced tumbling/acro instructors to help shape the next generation of dancers at our new studio in Santa Rosa. If you're passionate about developing dancers, building strength, and fostering artistry, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule & Availability
Acro classes are held Saturdays: 1:30 - 4:00pm
Compensation
$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
As part of the Illuminate team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Teach acro/tumbling classes for children and teens.
- Train and develop dancers with a strong emphasis on proper technique and performance quality.
- Work with beginning and intermediate/advanced students.
- Collaborate closely with studio directors to create a positive, inspiring, and growth-focused learning environment.
- Encourage dancers to express themselves through artistry while building confidence and technical excellence.
