Executive Assistant to the Founder
Role Overview
We’re looking for a high performance Executive Assistant to act as the founder’s second brain and force multiplier. This isn’t a passive support role, it’s an execution partner position. You’ll operate close to the founder, managing critical day to day activities, eliminating distractions, and ensuring consistent forward momentum.

Location & Flexibility
This is a hybrid role. Some days you'll work independently from home, handling communication, documentation, and coordination. Other days, you'll be working in person with the founder, attending strategy sessions, assisting with on site operations, or even traveling for key initiatives. Responsibilities
- Act as gatekeeper and time protector: filter comms, track tasks, and eliminate low leverage distractions.
- Own scheduling, meetings, travel, and founder logistics with obsessive precision.
- Track and follow up on key tasks, project outcomes, and team performance.
- Proactively solve problems before they land on the founder’s desk.
- Prep docs, research, summaries, and coordinate across vendors and stakeholders.
- Shadow the founder in person when needed and provide real time, tactical support.
- Maintain total confidentiality with all communications, assets, and workflows.
Requirements
- Highly organized, assertive, and fast-moving
- Able to work under pressure, adapt on the fly, and shift gears without losing focus.
- Excellent written communication and digital fluency (Slack, Notion, etc).
- High situational awareness: you notice what’s not being said just as much as what is.
- Must be U.S.-based and willing to be in-person with the founder as needed (flexible but non-negotiable).
- Able to travel occasionally for work with short notice.
Preferred (but not required)
- Interest in business building, operations, or deal flow exposure.
