Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and manage phone systems efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, including Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and POS systems.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented – Can anticipate needs, problem-solve, and assist in streamlining front desk operations.
- Customer Service & Sales-Focused – Able to warmly greet clients, answer inquiries, and upsell memberships and treatments.
- Highly Reliable & Organized – Ensures smooth daily operations, maintains client records, and assists in setting up new processes.
- Team-Oriented & Adaptable – Works well with providers and management to establish a strong foundation for the spa’s success.
Since this role is crucial in building the spa’s reputation and client base, the client is looking for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, is self-motivated, and is eager to grow with the business. There is also potential for advancement into an Assistant Manager or Manager role as the spa expands

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
