- Providing quality instruction for the 18 to 45-year-old student population.
- Teaching the full range of classes in SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW on plate and pipe in all positions.
- Maintaining a clean, well-organized welding shop.
- Having the ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and pipefitting materials.
- Ability and skill to weld pipe and plate in all positions.
- A heart for empowering students with welding knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of welding and cutting processes.
- Ability to read, understand and use Welding Procedure Specification sheets.
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- People development and instructional skills and abilities.
