- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient records.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing information on services, eyewear, and eye health.
- Process transactions and help with insurance verification.
- Coordinate with the opticians and eye care professionals to ensure seamless patient experience.

Office is open M - F, 9 - 5. Schedule may vary and is available for part-time or full-time. Must be available all office hours.
