The Opportunity
As a Radiology Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our clinical team—performing diagnostic imaging under physician direction while ensuring patient safety, technical accuracy, and emotional ease. This role balances technical proficiency with meaningful patient interaction, offering a chance to make a direct impact through exceptional care and workflow precision.
What You’ll Do:
Imaging & Technical Excellence
Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning, adjusting immobilization devices, and setting exposure factors.
Operate and maintain a variety of radiographic equipment, including C-arms.
Apply radiation safety practices, including beam restriction and shielding, to minimize exposure.
Patient Care & Support
Reduce patient anxieties by clearly explaining procedures and answering questions.
Adhere to infection control protocols and drug response procedures, including emergency cart usage and contrast media reactions.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Compliance & Documentation
Accurately complete required paperwork for procedures and radiographic exams, including study-specific documentation.
Monitor compliance with rules, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Operational Support
Schedule patients for upcoming appointments and procedures.
Assist with retrieving and stocking medical supplies as needed.
Stay current with continuing education and maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Qualifications
Graduate of an American Medical Association–approved Radiology Technology program
Current ARRT certification and Indiana State License
Current CPR certification
Experience with C-arm operation
Strong knowledge of radiographic theory, equipment operation, and radiation safety
