Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (office & remote) position for an Insurance Navigator. The Insurance Navigator will assist individuals and families in accessing available health insurance options. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through health coverage enrollment processes, providing educational resources, conducting outreach to raise awareness of insurance programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also requires the preparation of reports and the accurate maintenance of client records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance enrollment, outreach, and guidance processes is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills
• Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
• Proficiency in online tools and technologies to support remote work and client assistance
• Ability to work independently and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Bilingual skills (especially in Spanish) are highly desirable
• Understanding of the challenges Low-English proficiency populations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare navigation are beneficial
