About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Polish Speaking Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
This position requires fluency in both Polish and English, as you will be assisting a diverse client base and supporting our internal teams with bilingual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email in both Polish and English
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Liaise with staff and external contacts to ensure smooth communication flow
- Translate documents or conversations when needed (Polish ↔ English)
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Right to work in the UK (or relevant country)
