We’re hiring at Illinois Healing Center for Trauma and Addiction.
IHC is looking for a psychotherapist who wants to do deep, meaningful clinical work with people struggling with trauma, addiction, shame, relational wounds, compulsive behaviors, and emotional pain.
We are not a generalist practice trying to be everything to everyone. Our work is focused, serious, and human. We are looking for a clinician who can sit with complexity, think clinically, care deeply, and stay grounded when the work gets hard.
The ideal candidate has:
* A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical field
* At least two years of clinical experience
* Experience or strong interest in trauma work
* Openness to training, consultation, and feedback
* A desire to work as part of a team
* Full-time availability, with the goal of building toward 25 clinical hours per week
This may be a strong fit for someone interested in trauma, addiction, sex addiction, betrayal trauma, couples work, family systems, EMDR, DBT, EFT, CSAT, or CPTT certification.
