Your Role...
The Bank Advisor position assists new and current members with financial needs, including new accounts, processing transactions, and sharing information on Credit Union products and services through internal and outbound interactions that would best serve the needs of the member.
As a Bank Advisor your day may look like this:
Our desired candidate will have 1-2 years of financial industry or related experience, possess interpersonal skills with customer focus involving discussions needing confidentiality and the ability to resolve member issues. Familiar with industry related terms and Teller operations and processes a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office programs and digital awareness. Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Associates degree and achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent preferred. Bachelor's degree in business related field a plus.
This position is in-office/on-site, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, rotating weekend Saturday scheduled hours 9:00am-1:00pm. This position will float to support branch operations as needed.

Your Role...
The Bank Advisor position assists new and current members with financial needs, including new accounts, processing transactions, and sharing information on Credit Union products and services through internal and outbound interactions that would best serve the needs of the member.
As a Bank Advisor your day may look like this:
- Assist new and existing members with appropriate resources to meet their financial needs. Open various accounts for members, process transactions and completing initial intake for fraud related issues.
- Provide information and assistance in resolving account related issues, updating information as needed.
- Identify opportunities to educate the technological resources of financial products and services available to members via internal and out bound support.
- Update and maintain accurate member information as needed on computer system. Assist in preparing reports related to products and support services.
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge of Credit Union products and services available to members.
- Complete a variety of training to maintain compliance in industry regulations and reporting. Support members on current trends related to fraud awareness and compliance requirements.
- Support Teller operations and transactions; possess working knowledge of Teller policies and procedures, including opening and closing and branch balance procedures.
- Support other department functions and duties as requested and assigned.
