- Subject to management approval, serves as the Identity and
Technology (DoIT) planning, developing, organizing, controlling, and
managing the operations and delivery of enterprise email, Active
Directory (AD), print management solutions, and Mobile Device
Management (MDM), including the planning, design, and implementation
of long-term strategies to maintain secure, robust, and reliable
services.
- Develops, implements, and manages policies,procedures,and
high-quality, reliable, robust, and secure operations and services
while adhering to DoIT and industry best practices, including
monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability, and
security of the Identity and Productivity systems and services.
- Serves as a full-line supervisor.
- Develops and manages the Personal Information Management Services
for PIM solutions and services such as forecasting and cost
analysis.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in Information Technology in areas
