## Essential Functions
Subject to management approval, serves as the Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) Manager for Organizational Change Management, initiating
and implementing the detailed work plan for the ERP Change Management
program for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).\
Partners with the ERP Program leadership to oversee, coordinate, and
control the continuing implementation of the ERP Program.\
Serves as the primary point of contact for Change Management of the ERP
Program.\
Serves as full line supervisor.\
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
within the scope of duties enumerated above.
## Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to
completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in business or
public administration.\
Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative
experience in change management or a closely related field.\
Requires three (3) years of professional experience supervising or
leading a team of professionals in a large and complex organization.
