functions for supported agencies, including planning, testing,
configuring, implementing, and maintaining desktop installations and
software distribution.
- Performs configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and
Operating Systems, Microsoft Office client software products, and
various software and supported applications.
- Provides end user support for desktop related issues by resolving

requirements.
- Serves as a project coordinator for full-range major/complex

- Analyzes and evaluates new technology to anticipate the probable
