## Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an

organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as

Public Service Adminstrator of Halth and Human Services for the Children

Welfare Empoeee Licensure (CWEL) Manager. DCFS offers a competitive

## Essential Functions

• Serves as Child Welfare Employee Licensure Manager for Cook and
  
  

Northern Regions.

• Manages and monitors CWEL Program electronic mailboxes and
  
  

reviews/processes documents and inquiries.

• Manages the implementation of CWEL Program rules, policies, and
  
  

procedures.

• Manages CWEL Quality Enhancement Program for regions of oversight.
• Serves as a CWEL Program Policy Representative.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
  
  

within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove.
