## Position Overview
Under immediate supervision of the Executive I, coordinates the
logistics of conference room planning; arranges furniture in accordance
with meeting room outline; monitors to ensure that all conference rooms
are set up in advance of all scheduled meetings and events; serves as
laborer at various regional field office locations; moves furniture
within field offices; moves equipment; assists with the maintenance of
records and files; delivers and checks quantity and quality of supplies;
prepares receiving reports; provides property control for the region and
conducts physical inventory of facilities.
