HVAC Duct Cleaner/ Helper Key Responsibilities: 

• Inspect and assess residential HVAC duct systems for cleanliness, accessibility, and potential issues
• Clean air ducts, registers, and HVAC components using industry-standard tools and equipment
• Remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants to improve air quality and HVAC efficiency
• Seal and insulate ducts as needed to prevent air leaks and energy loss
• Use vacuums, brushes, blowers, and disinfectants safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the cleaning process and any concerns found
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
• Keep work areas and tools clean and organized
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all time.

HVAC Duct Cleaner/ Helper Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand/power tools
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
