An AM & Vault ranked Law firm are looking to onboard an Associate into their Real Estate practice group. The position is open to their Milwaukee office.

Qualification Requirements:
- The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a law firm environment.
- Experience in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
- Relevant real estate experience, such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, mixed-use, condominium, and multifamily development and regulatory matters (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control).
- The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, exemplary writing and communication skills.
- Hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the Wisconsin bar.
